Fabricio began his career at QAD in 2007, holding various positions such as Manager, Director, and Vice President of Services for Latin America.
Between 2010 and 2021, he was recognized with some of the company’s main awards, which are directly linked to the company’s financial results:
- Special Award – 2014, 2015, 2018, 2019 and 2021
- Services Manager of the Year – 2017
- President’s Club: 2010, 2012, 2016
Responsible for the implementation of several QAD ERP projects, Fabricio contributed to the restructuring of the services area and the use of globally standardized usability tools, providing complete visibility to QAD Brazil’s processes.
In 2017, with the local development area, Fabricio created a specific group to meet Brazilian requirements, which achieved significant benefits in solving QAD ERP problems such as product adherence and stability for the national market.
In 2021, as Head of Operations Brazil, Fabricio absorbed the Sales, Support, and R&D areas as a strategy to increase the alignment and precision of the operation. These remain his main objectives today as CEO of Vockan Consulting.
