André has over 20 years of experience with QAD solutions. Before joining Vockan Consulting, he began his career at QAD Brazil in 2001, working in the services area as a senior consultant and project manager until 2017, participating in complex projects in the automotive, industrial, and life sciences verticals. For the past 4 years, he has served as Support Manager for Brazil, assisting in the implementation of process changes, minimizing call resolution times and increasing efficiency for clients. Throughout his career at QAD, he has received 2 global recognition awards (Presidents Club) for excellence in project implementation.
Academic Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP (University of São Paulo)
- CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management), recognized in the area of Supply Chain Management and Logistics and in all activities involving production, systems consulting, processes and services
