Alan has more than 8 years of experience with several compliance processes applied in QAD. He was part of the QAD Enterprise Edition implementation team in Brazil, where he was a local project leader and coordinated training and CRP sessions abroad. Over the past 4 years, Alan has worked directly with QAD’s Global Operational Services team, where he has been responsible for the implementation of standard processes in Latin America through applied training, contract management, project feasibility analysis, and the accuracy of revenue recognition in order to meet the company’s global audit and compliance prerequisites.
