This change in the business model comes after the acquisition of QAD by the private equity fund Thoma Bravo, in November 2021. It’s a strategy for each company to dedicate itself to what it does best: the development of technologies from QAD Inc. and consulting and customer services from Vockan Consulting.

In the first place, we’ll maintain this closeness and coordination to ensure reliability and a great experience for our customers. So, more than maintaining the quality of the services we already provide, our objective is to improve them, considering our experience in the local market and the understanding of the specific needs of the companies that operate in Brazil.
