Before joining Vockan Consulting, he began his career at QAD Brazil in 2001, working in the services area as a senior consultant and project manager until 2017, participating in complex projects in the automotive, industrial, and life sciences verticals. For the past 4 years, he has served as Support Manager for Brazil, assisting in the implementation of process changes, minimizing call resolution times and increasing efficiency for clients.
